Wedding Vow Renewal in Boulder, Colorado

Jordon reached out to me saying that she was hoping to have a vow renewal with her husband to celebrate their five years together. I thought that was the sweetest and best idea! So often we give things for anniversaries and big milestones, but for these two they chose an intimate, quiet moment in the foothills of Boulder to exchange the most thoughtful and sincere words about their marriage. I think that is the best gift you can give to someone. I felt very grateful to be a part of their renewal and watch as these two reflected on their love and life events.

After the renewal they snuggled in the tall green grasses and changed into some clothes to adventure up the mountain a bit to see the wildflowers. Boulder sure delivered on the backdrop for this day!

I wish for every couple to do a five year vow renewal, or even a one year vow renewal! There is something so special about recommitting and reflecting on the long road that marriage presents.
