Vail, Colorado Golden Aspen Engagement Session

Colorado in the fall is hands-down my favorite season! If you blink you may miss it, but it's well worth the wait! Vail adores you with colors that can't be beat! The golden aspens are incredible, but if you also look down below you will find shrubs full of oranges, reds, and yellows! It's simply incredible and worth having your engagement (and wedding) during this time of year! Fall comes early though in the mountains and we see these changes starting beginning of September and peaking by mid-September.

Michelle, Amasa, and Winston (their very cute dog) joined me in the mountains mid-September for this gorgeous session. We strolled along the paths outside of Vail, looked up at the aspens changing, and snuggled among the changing field. What I love about these two is that they were happy to just enjoy the outdoors, go wherever felt best, and take in the surroundings! Winston loved a nice walk along the trail too! These two have also taken on the challenge of having a wedding in 2020 during the pandemic. They quickly changed plans and now I will see them in 2021 where we will celebrate big!
