The Farmette Wedding In Lyons, Colorado

Nestled into the foothills of Lyons, Colorado is the most gorgeous backdrop from Ashley and Shea's wedding day. Flower fields, Airstreams, large trees covering the grounds, a farm full of Alpacas, chickens, a goat (that ate some of the bouquet!), and a llama. It's a stunning location to set the tone for an outdoor wedding.

Ashley and Shea's wedding was focused on family, and having everyone feel like one big family. From giving your neighbor a hello at the ceremony, to family style dinner, special family jewelry for Ashley's details, it was a very tender, inclusive day. These are the moments I want to capture more of for my weddings.

I met Ashley, a fellow Colorado photographer years ago at a networking event. She had been following me on Instagram and I recognized her name on the sign-in sheet! She told me the day we met that I would capture her wedding whenever that may be! We came full circle, and it was an honor to be a part of Ashley and Shea's day at The Farmette!
