It is always so bittersweet when families I have photographed over the years are moving away. These three (with a little one that arrived as well!) were off to a new home in California and moving away from Denver, Colorado.

I first met Ashley at a wedding vendor event numerous years ago. Her husband was in residency and working in Denver, while she was establishing herself in the area as an amazing wedding florist! You should check out her work because it is stunning! I have been fortunate to work with her and wow, does she just do an incredible job but also creates floral masterpieces!

Our first session together was when their little boy was just a chunky baby! Then we did another session in Boulder Creek during a hot summer's night while we watching that little baby becoming a curious toddler!

Our last was this session here that I just had to share! We enjoyed the morning light of the Boulder area and captured the baby bump too! I sure will miss capturing Ashley's sweet family, but know they are off on a wonderful new adventure ahead!
