Outdoor Spring Maternity Session

This session is full of beautiful colors and the sweetest couple! They are another one of my couple's I have photographed over the years (check out the engagement session of a lifetime at Great Sand Dunes National Park!) and here they are welcoming a little guy within hours...and not even knowing it! Nicole went into labor right after this session and within two days their new little guy was welcomed into the world!

I adored Nicole's gorgeous burnt orange dress paired with a hat! Then she went for a floral dress with a second outfit which was very fitting since she is a florist for the amazing Fawns Leap. Dressing during the maternity months can be such a challenge (I have been there twice) but sizing up on a dress you love is so worth it.

Then the location offered a wild lilac bush, along with the grasses just turning green, and that golden sun. It was a lovely evening these two were able to enjoy before the craziness of labor and delivery started!
