Lifestyle In-Home Family Session Ashland, Oregon

One of my favorite sessions to photograph are lifestyle in-home newborn/baby moments! Whether it is the first baby being added to the family, or a new one coming into a life full of siblings, it is just such a joyful moment!

My dear friends were in town to visit us after we moved to Ashland, Oregon. They had just had their second son 6 weeks earlier (what champs for traveling during that newborn phase and with another kid too!) They were due for some family of four photos! There is always something so sweet and extra special when I get to have those close to me in-front of my camera. I felt grateful they could have these moments forever as they welcomed another son!

Right after a solid newborn nap, we went for it with the session! I have lots of tips for when I do sessions with a newborn or baby attending because truly, it is all about accommodate their needs. Everything from feeding to outfit changes and color casting are mentioned in my suggested blog post!

I think this session is a really wonderful glimpse into a thirty minute at home session looks like with me...lots of cuddles, some kisses with the kids, a few moments for the parents and the new child. It is a very personal, private and sincere session!
