Introducing Rowan!

This sweet family had their little one right during the pandemic. My heart really goes out to families welcoming their first little ones during the pandemic. It adds an additional layer of stress and complications that I cannot even imagine.

Katie and Richard wanted to introduce their daughter to everyone in person but couldn't do so because of Covid, so instead they wanted to share through images! What a thoughtful and wonderful way to introduce Rowan to everyone! Plus get some of the cutest newborn photos around!

Richard started Ranch Pizza in Portland (if you haven't been, you better! And fast!) Katie and I went to University of Portland together for college! These two are full of all things Portland! That was really important to me when choosing our location for the session.

I wanted a location that was in the heart of this amazing city in Oregon with the lush greenery that reflects our state. With gorgeous paths tucked away and ferns all around, it made for a very "Portland" family session together at Laurelhurst Park. I mean, can you even with Rowan in those ferns!
