I have been photographing sessions at this beautiful staircase in Laurelhurst Park for seven years now and it just never gets old to me! I love the angles and foliage all around! It is nestled back a bit in the park and allows for some privacy from the foot traffic the park naturally gets.

Kids love to set on the stairs and goof around, or see how many steps they can do within a minute! It's just a really fun place to be! Lots of parking and easy access makes it a kid friendly location too. Near by is a big pond to walk around after that can be a highlight as well!

The park is located within Laurelhurst Neighborhood that have some gorgeous, older homes within the metro Portland area. I have often taken families up there too to walk around and do some lifestyle images wandering a neighborhood.

Or the side trails off of the stairs offer a little different of a look when lighting is just right in the morning or evenings!
