Fall Vail, Colorado Mountain Wedding

Just as the aspens were starting to change color in Vail, Olivia and Cooper gathered their family and friends to celebrate their love! Olivia is simply glamorous and stunning! Cooper is hilarious and charming! They approached their day with calm and peace that was much welcomed by all. A wedding day can be busy to say the least, but when you have a couple who trusts their incredible vendor team then it allows for a truly magical, seamless day. That's exactly how it went!

One of the sweetest moments of the entire day was when Cooper secretly wrote a message to Olivia on the bottom of her wedding shoes. She had no idea, but he had let me know. When it came time to have her put on those lovely shoes, she found that fun surprise! The whole room was quiet and paused from getting ready. Tears started flowing and I couldn't help but feel so grateful to capture that moment!

You will see that their spunky pup, Calvin joined for the portrait part of the day! We headed into Vail Village for that quintessential backdrop of the town and mountains! I took a step back at one point and saw all the busy-ness surrounding them....my 2nd photographer, two videographers, the "dog handler," people buzzing around the town. I took one quick photo of it and think it captures a day so well! There is more going on in the backdrop of a wedding than most realize and that single moment shows it so well while Olivia and Cooper leaned in for a kiss!

From the big aspen groves we explored, to a ceremony full of kind words, to a neon sign with their names together, a flash of alpen-glow, and EVERYONE out on the dance floor...it was a perfect wedding in the Rocky Mountains!
