Cooper Mountain Nature Park Portland, Oregon Family Session

Portland area is so beautiful with all it's lush forests, massive trees expansive parks like Forest Park but it often doesn't have much "openness." It is very much more of a close, compact area when photographing because of the forests around, which I love!

But, it has been so nice to find a more meadow like area to allow for families to run and play in a field. Cooper Mountain Nature Park has been the perfect fit for my family sessions. Gorgeous trees in the background with the rolling hills of Beaverton, Oregon area. There are trails for miles and room to move and be goofy!

This sweet family did a sisters plus their immediate family photo session! Jessie and Molly were so sweet and wanted to have their families together so we could do cousin photos and full family! You have to scroll down to see the kids and their adorable outfits! Grateful that this family came all the way up from Eugene to have me capture them all!

Cooper Mountain Nature Park is now a must for my family sessions when I am in the area! Every family that I photographed here just loved the area, easy parking, a 5 minute walk to the trails on well maintained paths. It's hard to beat such a wonderful spot in the Portland area!
