Erin and Chris's Modern Yurt Wedding

Colorado Intimate Wedding. Boulder, Colorado.

On a private family friend's ranch outside of Boulder, Colorado, Erin and Chris brought together their closest family and friends for their wedding day. Erin got ready in her home where she grew up with her mother helping her into her dress. Chris arrived and off we went to one of my favorite vistas of Colorado. These two told me they wanted epic Colorado views so I think I delivered on that! I love adventurous couples!

After portraits on top of a cliff side (don't worry, it is much safer than it looks), we were off to the ranch for these two to say their vows at the edge of a modern yurt. With twenty of the most important people in their lives in attendance, they enjoyed a gorgeous view of the Rockies while being served a farm-to-table dinner. Couches and comfy chairs were spread about to allow for relaxation and taking in the incredible sunset. Toasts and cheers were shared by each person in attendance. I was in awe of what a gorgeous evening it was! I honestly did not want to leave. From the family members making me feel so welcomed, to the thoughtful messages shared, and the palpable love...it was a wedding I will soon not forget.
