Hard to know where to start with Claire and Manny's wedding. Sadly, their original plans didn't work out because of the pandemic. There were so many plans...A,B,C,D...so on. Countless hours we spent emailing and talking over options and ideas. Ultimately, they settled on a private rental home in the mountains above Breckendridge, Colorado with 30 of their closest family and friends.

Claire and Manny are both doctors. Manny has been spending countless hours in one of Denver's Covid ICU units. Needless to say, they take the pandemic very seriously. I learned so much from them navigating this challenging time. Not only did all if their guests get tested before the wedding, they also isolated for a while after arriving in town. It made every feel much more secure and safe during such uncertain times.

So now on to the big day! Colorado delivered for their fall wedding! Some fresh snow in the mountains, and that big sky and sunshine for the day! Epic views swept across the ceremony site. Florals from the one and only A Florae were incredible and such statement pieces. Claire had two wedding dresses because WHY NOT! Their cut pup, Missy was the center of attention all day!

Manny is originally from Cuba and Claire from Nebraska. They have settled together in Colorado. So they had a really unique soil planting part of their ceremony. They received dirt from each of those locations and put them all together to plant a yucca tree.

I think what stood out was just how excited they were to finally get married! Then literally right after the wedding weekend they headed back to the ICU and work!
